Stefan Heumann is a member of the Freedom Online Coalition working group on privacy and transparency online. Prior to joining Stiftung Neue Verantwortung in Berlin, Stefan Heumann coordinated the public affairs section of the U.S. Consulate in Hamburg and worked as Assistant Professor at the University of Northern Colorado.
