First Secretary, Home Affairs, Embassy of the United Kingdom to the United States
Kevin is First Secretary Home Affairs at the British Embassy in Washington. He has responsibility for UK-U.S. policy work on homeland security and justice issues. Since his appointment in July 2014 Kevin has spent an increasing amount of time on issues relating to investigatory powers and access to data.
Kevin joined the Foreign Office in 2002 and worked in London, Basra and Lisbon. In 2010 he joined the Office for Security and Counter Terrorism in the Home Office.
