Aaron Clark-Ginsberg

Aaron Clark-Ginsberg is a Department of Homeland Security Postdoctoral Scholar at the Center for International Security and Cooperation at Stanford University.  His research focuses on the governance of natural and manmade risks.  In the cybersecurity domain Aaron is currently examining how state level regulatory authorities can support cyber-resilience for interdependent critical infrastructures in addition to finalizing a project on the impact of federal cybersecurity regulations on the resilience of the electric grid. Aaron has also conducted extensive research on natural disaster mitigation in developing and developed countries, with a particular emphasis on urban resilience. 

Aaron has a M.Sc. and a Ph.D in Humanitarian Action, both from University College Dublin, Ireland.
