Optimizing Policy for Secure Cloud Enablement

The breakthrough group will seek to identify and close ASPR (Agreements, Standards, Policies and Regulations) gaps that arise from the misalignments of expectations from conflicting national laws, variations in procedures, clashes or trade-offs between government needs for monitoring payload and private interests in protecting the same, and others. In the context of many outdated policies, this workshop will pursue innovative solutions that not only enhance security but also enhance the enablement the full potential of distributed processing and data storage.
